Geopathic stress

Geopathic stress
Geopathic stress is a term used to describe illness caused by naturally occurring electromagnetic fields (also called earth energies) generated by the planet. There is still a great deal of division within the scientific community over whether these fields are capable of doing harm (or even if they exist!).

  • An inability to relax or get restful sleep
  • Depression
  • ME
  • Headaches
  • Stress related illness, such as heart-attacks
  • Allergies
  • Tinnitus (continuous ringing in the ears)
  • Illnesses caused by a weakened immune system

Detecting these fields is generally done by dowsing - an ancient art of remote location (ie. locating things without digging, or physically searching), usually using one or two copper rods or a pendulum, which react to the proximity of the item being sought. However unlikely it sounds, professional dowsers are used by companies to locate oil, water, and other items underground, with great accuracy.

There are, unfortunately, only a limited number of solutions if a health problem is being caused by this, since you can't stop or easily redirect these fields, quite often the only option is to move house. In most circumstances however, the earth's own fields cause no harm and in some cases can have a positive effect. Geopathic stress is a very large subject - links to more information can be found in our Web Directory, under 'Health'. Please remember that if you are ill, you should always see your doctor. Only if he or she can't find a cause, or can't cure you, it might be worth looking into the possibility that Geopathic stress is the cause.
